I signed up mostly because they kept flashing all these discounts, but the code I had wouldn’t work when I got to checkout. I figured maybe I typed it wrong at first, but nope, it just didn’t apply. Then of course a different promo showed up right after I placed my order, which was annoying tbh.
Customer service basically told me promos change a lot, which I get, but it still felt a little messy and not super clear. The items are cute and I did like what I got, but I’d be careful about counting on the deals becuase they don’t always feel reliable.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering this: the box showed up a little dented, which made me nervous at first. Thankfully, the item inside was okay, but there really wasn’t as much padding as I expected. It’s not a total disaster or anything, but I do think they should take more care with packing so someone else doesn’t end up with a damaged product

I felt like this was way too expensive for what I ended up getting. The items looked a lot nicer on the website, but in person they were just kind of okay. Not terrible, but the quality didn’t really match the price, at least for me. I guess I was expecting something a little more polished or... I don’t know, just more worth it. I wouldn’t buy again...

I expected way more options. The choices felt super limited, and basic things like changing colors, moving text around, or tweaking little details were either hard to figure out or just not available. For something that’s supposed to feel personal, it was disappointing. I spent a while trying to make it work and eventually just gave up. I’d really appreciate some kind of acknowledgment or apology, because this wasn’t the experience I was expecting.

I ordered a few Christmas ornaments and they all came exactly like what I chose on the site. The names and dates were spelled correctly, which was the thing I kept worrying about for some reason. You know how personalized stuff can be. The packaging was fine too, nothing fancy but everything was safe. I’m giving 4 stars just because the shipping felt a bit slow, but the actual order was accurate and I’m happy with how they turned out.

Had one little lag for a moment, and I thought it might get stuck, but it ended up paying just fine. Not a big deal in the end. I was making coffee at the same time, so maybe I noticed it more than I normally would. Overall, smooth experience...

Trying to return my order was such a pain in the ass. Emails took ages to get answered, and my refund still hasn’t been sorted. I had to keep chasing them like an idiot, the whole thing was a mess. Not ordering from here again.
